Terms of service

1.Scope of the service

The service lists in-game items with an indicative price, lets you place an order, and lets you request a payout for items you own. Availability of any listing is not guaranteed until an order has been reviewed.

We are not affiliated with Valve Corporation. Steam, Counter-Strike and related marks belong to their respective owners.

2.Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. A Steam account in good standing with a tradable inventory is required to sell items.

One person may hold one account. Accounts may not be shared, sold or transferred.

3.Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in your selected display currency and are converted from the base currency at a fixed reference rate. The amount charged at checkout is the amount shown in the order summary.

An order is confirmed only after review. If an item becomes unavailable, the order is cancelled and any charged amount is returned to your balance.

4.Selling and payouts

When you submit a sell request you offer the selected items at the quoted payout. The quote is valid while the request is pending review.

Payouts are credited to your sales balance after the trade offer has been accepted. Withdrawals may require identity verification.

5.Prohibited use

Do not use the service for fraud, money laundering, automated scraping, or to trade items you do not own or that are subject to a trade hold.

We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or that is linked to a chargeback or a compromised Steam account.

6.Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or the market value fluctuation of in-game items.
