Privacy policy
Last updated: 31 August 2026
This policy explains what CTRADE2 processes about you. In this demonstration deployment there is no server-side database: session, cart and preference data stay in your browser's local storage and are never transmitted to a third party.
1.Data we process
Account data: the demo session identifier, display name, email address and Steam trade URL you enter.
Transaction data: simulated orders, sell requests and balance entries generated from local fixtures.
Technical data: display currency and cookie preference, both stored locally.
2.Why we process it
To show your cart and account screens, to price items in your chosen currency, and to remember your cookie choice between visits.
3.Storage and retention
Local storage keys are prefixed with ctrade2. Clearing site data in your browser removes every trace of your demo session immediately.
No analytics, advertising or tracking scripts are loaded.
4.Third parties
Item artwork is loaded from Steam's public community CDN, so Steam receives the image request. No account data is shared with Steam.
5.Your rights
Because data never leaves your browser you can exercise access, correction and erasure yourself by clearing site data. For anything else, contact us.
